1. Review and acceptance of the minutes from the meeting of 11/4//15..
2. Real estate news and development around the region over the past month and implications for the upcoming winter season. Include discussion of Pfizer merger on the town and regional economy as well as the real estate impact.
3. Discussion on the outcome of the town’s election and the direction of the town over the next few years.
4 Update information on the hiking biking trail progress from Joe Camean
5. Discuss update of the fate of OL farmers market.
6. Continue discussion on the economic drivers for the town and what we could do to stimulate it, if possible.
7. Review some of the topics John has emailed to me regarding ideas for drivers in OL, list attached.
