III. REGULAR BUSINESS
The Commission tabled approval of minutes until the next Zoning Commission meeting to be held on Monday, October 18, 2010.
None
IV. DISCUSSION: IV. WORKSHOP
Revisit the concept of incentive housing zoning and residential housing regulations for commercial uses in the Town Center.
The Commission reacquainted itself with the concept plan for an incentive housing zone for the center of town, including overlapping subzones based on housing type. The Commission will continue its discussion to the next meeting to discuss what type of housing could exist where and how it could best perform in context with surrounding uses.
