The Chairman of the Zoning Commission called the meeting to order at 7:18 p.m.

III. WORKSHOP: Incentive Housing
Christine Nelson and Christina Costa discussed the incentive housing zone application and draft text. The Commission reviewed the language page by page and made comments.
IV. ADJOURNMENT
The Chairman of the Zoning Commission adjourned the meeting at 10:05 p.m.
