DISCUSSION:
Special Exception Application of River Sound Development, LLC for Open Space
Subdivision Plan for “The Preserve”, Ingham Hill Road & Bokum Road. Pursuant
to Section 56.5 of the zoning regulations, request, on behalf of River Sound, that the
zoning commission grant an extension of time of one (1) year to file plans for the
Open Space Space Subdivision Plan.
