Chellstorp was granted a variance of Par. 68.1.2(B)9 (tidal wetland setback/50’ required/28.8’ proposed from the house) of the Zoning Regulations to permit construction of a house with a detached garage and demolition of existing shed on property located at 137 Nehantic Trail (Indian Town Association), Map No. 19, Lot No. 12 on May 8, 2013.  On June 18, 2014 an extension to May 8, 2015 was granted.  On June 12, 2015 a request for a further extension of one year was made.
