Bridge St./25' req./proposed 21.5' for 2nd story porch and 3rd story deck), Par. 37.4.3B (other property line/15' req./proposed 6.2' for 2nd story deck and 3rd story deck), Par. 37.4.3B (other property line/15' req./proposed 4.7' for 2nd story and for enclosed stairway at rear), Par. 62.4.5B (residential parking/7.5 on-site req./propose 6 spaces on site, 4 off-site) and Par. 64.5.6A (sign dimensions/3 sq. ft. max req./propose 12 sq. ft.
