b. 08/09-15 – Sally A. Yoselevsky, Trustee was granted variances for a garage but denied the upstairs office space on property located at 30 Sea Lane-1, Map No. 1, Lot No. 4. Attorney for applicant would like clarification of the Board’s approval.
