A motion made to approve the minutes of January 14, 2014. Ayes 5, Nays 0, Abstentions 1 . Motion carried. |
V. Chairman’s Comments |
The Student Personal Achievement Award was discussed. Dorothy will email members the criteria from a prior meeting for further discussion at the next meeting. |

It was discussed and agreed that this agenda line be dropped. |
