A motion made to approve the minutes of December 3, 2013 with the correction of the next meeting date. Ayes 5, Nays 0, Abstentions 2 . Motion carried. |

VII. Director’s Report

Director Heather presented the proposed budget of Youth & Family Services and of the Social Services (attached) Chairman Sam Barnes made a motion and seconded by Janet Temple to approve the Social Services budget as presented. Ayes 7, Nays 0, Abstentions 0. Motion carried. Chairman Sam Barnes mad a motion and seconded by Jennifer Welsh to approve the Youth & Family Services budget as presented. Ayes 7, Nays 0, Abstentions 0. Motion carried. |

IX. New Business |
Janet Temple, OSPHNB Rep, reported that the nursing board has a fund and is trying to find needs in the community for the use of this fund. Director Heather will get back to Janet.
