CALL TO ORDER- First Selectman Carl P. Fortuna Jr. called the meeting to order at 10:07 a.m.
COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC-None
BUSINESS BEFORE THE COMMITTEE
Discuss and act on proposals in response to a Request for Proposal (RFP):
Two proposals were submitted and after brief discussion, it was decided to reject both proposals. The committee felt that neither proposal fully grasped the intent of the RFP. Therefore, the RFP will be further refined and again put out to bid.

Motion to reject the two proposals submitted in response to the Natural Resource and Public Use Assessment RFP.
