MINUTES
Present: First Selectman Carl P. Fortuna Jr., Selectman Scott Giegerich and Selectman Carol Conklin.
I. CALL TO ORDER- First Selectman Fortuna called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m.
II. COMMENTS FROM THE SELECTMAN: The First Selectman noted that the Board of Finance approved 5-1 the requested appropriation for the marine patrol boat which brings up the business before the board.
III. BUSINESS BEFORE THE BOARD
A. Action item: Discussion and action on Call of Town Meeting.
Motion to approve Call of Town Meeting, March 8, 2016, 7 p.m., Old Saybrook Middle School auditorium.
