Present: First Selectman Carl P. Fortuna Jr., Selectman Scott Giegerich (by phone), Selectman Gernhardt, members of the public and press.
I. CALL TO ORDER – First Selectman Fortuna called the meeting to order at 3:30 P.m.

IV. BUSINESS BEFORE THE BOARD
A. Discuss and act on recommendation to the Board of Finance that an appropriation be made and
recommended to Town Meeting for the following (all amounts to be taken from the Capital Non-
recurring Fund):
FORTUNA/GERNHARDT
1. Motion to recommend to the Board of Finance that an appropriation be made and
recommended to Town Meeting for new benches on Main Street-an amount not to
exceed $12,500.00

2. Motion to recommend to the Board of Finance that an appropriation be made and
recommended to Town Meeting for paving at Cypress Cemetery-not to exceed
$10,000.00

3. Motion to recommend to the Board of Finance that an appropriation be made and
recommended to Town Meeting for new fencing at Riverside Cemetery-not to exceed
$15,000,00

4. Motion to recommend to the Board of Finance that an appropriation be made and
recommended to Town Meeting for steel backed timber guiderails in the North Cove
Historic District-not to exceed $25,000.00
