A. Discuss and act on Call for Annual Budget Meeting May 5, 2014 to be held at the Old
Saybrook High School, 7:00 p.m.

Motion to approve Call for Annual Budget Meeting May 5, 2014 to be held at the Old Saybrook
High School, 7:00 p.m.
MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY
B. Resolution approving the First Amendment to the Clean Water Fund Loan and Grant
Agreement for Phase I of the Decentralized Wastewater Management District Program..
Bruce Chudwick, Shipman & Goodwin, explained the purpose of the amendment. Basically to
extend the date of completion of Phase I to October 31, 2014..
