The Chairman called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m.
In attendance: Shearer, Keating, D’Agostino, Downes, Constable.
III. WORKSHOP
The Committee interviewed two different economic consulting firms that might be hired to give expert
guidance in how to analyze market potential for infill- and re-development of the Boston Post Road,
especially Route 1 East: 1) John Mullin (and Zieniea Kotval), consultants; and 2) Peter Holland
and Maureen Cochran, Bartram & Cochran, consultants.
IV. ADJOURNMENT
The Chairman adjourned the meeting at 7:30 p.m.
