A. Executive Session regarding discussion of settlement of litigation against the Town of Old Saybrook.
B. Discussion and possible action to pursue a settlement of the Evangelisti v. Town of Old Saybrook lawsuit, of which the
Town contribution to said settlement shall be $10,000. The Board of Selectmen recommends said funds be drawn from
the Town’s general fund.
