VI. BUSINESS BEFORE THE BOARD
A. Discussion and action proposed Flood Permit Application Fee Increases effective May 1, 2017.
B. Discussion and action to assign a municipal employee to act in the capacity of Municipal Administrator to be
responsible in charge of the LOTCIP project: North Main Street.
C. Discussion and possible action on waiver of Bid Ordinance, Town Code, Chapter 5, Section 5-3B, to select a vendor to
install LED streetlights.
D. Discussion of Delay of Demolition Ordinance and possible referral of said ordinance to Town meeting for adoption.
E. Appointments
1. Water Pollution Control Authority. Vacancy (elevation) alternate member. Appointment is for the unexpired portion
of a two year term due to expire on 12/2018.
