VI. BUSINESS BEFORE THE BOARD
A. Discuss and act on the Call of a Special Town Meeting, January 3, 2017, Old Saybrook Town Hall, 6:30 P.M.
B. Discuss and act on property located at 115 Plum Bank Road and year round classification.
C. Discussion of the Saybrook Junction Infrastructure Planning Project.
D. Referral to the Board of Finance to discuss, take action and recommend to Town Meeting an appropriation of $125,000 for the Saybrook Junction Infrastructure Planning Project, a Connecticut Office of Policy & Management reimbursable grant, said funds to be initially taken from the Town’s general fund. Said grant is also known as the Responsible Growth and Transit-Oriented Development (RG-TOD) Planning Grant.
F. Appointments
1. Historic District Commission. Vacancy appointment (resignation) regular member. Elevation of alternate member Laura Gray. This is for the unexpired portion of a five year term due to expire 12/2018.
2. Historic District Commission. Vacancy appointment (elevation) alternate member. This is for the unexpired portion of a five year term due to expire 12/2020.
3. Pension and Employee Benefits Board. Term expiration. Re-appointment of Suzanne Taylor. This is a five year term due to expire 01/2022.
