B. Discuss and act on property located at 115 Plum Bank Road and year round classification.

1. Historic District Commission. Vacancy appointment (resignation) regular member. Elevation of alternate member
Laura Gray. This is for the unexpired portion of a five year term due to expire 12/2018.
2. Historic District Commission. Vacancy appointment (elevation) alternate member. This is for the unexpired portion of
a five year term due to expire 12/2020.
3. Pension and Employee Benefits Board. Term expiration. Re-appointment of Suzanne Taylor. This is a five year term
due to expire 01/2022.
