VI. BUSINESS BEFORE THE BOARD
A. Discuss and act on Grant Application between Middlesex Hospital and the Town of Old Saybrook relating to provision of
paramedic services July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017.
B. Discuss and act on authorizing First Selectman Carl P. Fortuna Jr. to enter into agreement with State of Connecticut Office of
Policy and Management (OPM) for a Responsible Growth and Transit-Oriented Development Planning Grant.
C. Discuss and act on Public Works Director recommendation for release of encroachment bond: 2 Bliss Street.
D. Appointments
1. Conservation Commission. Vacancy appointment (resignation). This is for the unexpired portion of a two year term due
to expire 11/2016.
2. Harbor Management Commission – Vacancy appointment (resignation). Term expires 11/19/19, however this appointment
is until November 2017 at which time it will be placed on the ballot at biennial town election.
