A. Discussion and possible action on recommending approval of the Neighborhood Assistance Act applications for The
Connecticut Sports Foundation Against Cancer and The Katharine Hepburn Cultural Arts Center and refer said
applications to Public Hearing and Town Meeting
B. Call of Special Town Meeting-Action Requested
C. Rate Bill Fiscal, 2016-2017 Budget-Action Requested
D. Marine Patrol budget oversight-Action Requested
E. Dispatcher Contract-Discussion and possible action concerning a collective bargaining contract for Dispatchers for the
three year period beginning July 1, 2015 and ending June 30th, 2018.
F. Resolution to Authorize, Issue and Sell General Obligation Refunding Bonds: Action requested.
G. Appointments-
1. Water Pollution Control Authority-Vacancy (elevation) alternate member appointment. This is for the unexpired portion
of two year term due to expire 12/2016.
2. Board of Education- Vacancy (resignation) regular member. This is for the unexpired portion of a four year term due
to expire November, 2019
3. Shellfish Commission-Term re-appointment Lawrence Bonin. This is two year term due to expire 06/2018
4. Shellfish Commission- Term re-appointment Earl Endrich. This is two year term due to expire 06/2018
5. Shellfish Commission- Term re-appointment Howard E. Clark. This is two year term due to expire 06/2018
