A.  Retiree Life Insurance - Discussion and possible action on policy

B.   Discussion and possible action on recommending to the Board of Finance and
$18,000 appropriation for the purchase of a pick-up truck for the Building Inspection Officer, said funds to be paid for from the Municipal Reserve Fund (capital non-recurring).

C.  Discuss and act on recommendations to Zoning Commission regarding the following applications:
(1) Petition to Amend Zoning Regulations to add Ferry Road Pedestrian Node
(2) Petition to adopt new Section 57 Mariners Way (MW) Overlay Zone in the
Zoning Regulation
(3) Petition to Amend Zoning Map to add Mariner’s Way (MW) Overlay Zone
(4) Petition to Amend the Zoning Map to Restricted Business B-3

D.  Discuss and act to adopt and approve resolution authorizing First Selectman Fortuna to execute all necessary actions related the Regional Parcel Update Municipal Coordination and Inland Wetland Layer Project – Regional Performance Incentive Grant Program.

E.   Youth and Family Services Building- Discussion on status of cleanup and repairs. Recommendation to the Board of Finance to authorize funds from the Town’s fund balance up to $25, 000 for life safety and electrical code compliance.

F.   Discussion and possible action to authorize the First Selectman to sign a contract between the Town of Old Saybrook and the State of Connecticut DEEP providing funding for the project entitled “The Preserve Stewardship”.

G.  Discussion on dissolving and re-appointing an Elderly Benefit Committee.

VII.     ADJOURNMENT
