A. Discuss to approve general release of a settlement of benefit Assessment Appeal Phase I of the Decentralized Wastewater Management District Program.
B. Referral to Planning Commission regarding the acquisition of property at 40 Old Post Road.
C. Discussion and possible action on recommending an appropriation to the Board of Finance for $6,500 from the Harbor Management Fund to pay Connecticut River Dock & Dredge for pulling moorings in the Cove.
D. Discuss and act on recommendation of Public Works Director Larry Bonin for release of encroachment bond – 40 Elm Street.
E. Discuss and act on recommendation of Public Works Director Larry Bonin for release of encroachment bond – 13 South Cove Road.
