A. Discuss and act on recommendation of Public Works Director Larry Bonin
for release of an encroachment bond – 30 Neptune Drive.
B. Appointments
1. Architectural Review Board – Term re-appointment Barbara D’Agostino. This is a
three year term due to expire 09/2018.
2. CT River Area Health District – Resignation vacancy. Appointment Old Saybrook
representative. This is for the unexpired portion of a three year term due to expire 08/2017.
3. Zoning Board of Appeals – Elevation vacancy. Appointment alternate member. This is
for the unexpired portion of a two term due to expire 11/17/2015.
