  IV.    BUSINESS BEFORE THE BOARD
      A.  Discussion and action to authorize First Selectman to sign CT Trust for Historic
             Preservation “Making Places Grant” contract, $49,750.00.
      B.  Motion that the Board of Finance recommend an appropriation of $49,750.00 to
           Town Meeting for CT Trust for Historic Preservation “Making Places Grant” which
           grant shall be reimbursable from State of Connecticut Department of Economic and
           Community Development.
  • Discussion and action to ratifying First Selectman’s signature on the Justice
     Assistance Grant (JAG), $22,000.00.
  • Motion that the Board of Finance appropriate $22,000.00, which amount is a
     reimbursable grant through the State of Connecticut Office of Policy and
     Management.
  • Discussion and action on a resolution to apply for State of Connecticut grant funding
     to upgrade the financial accounting system, $15,000.00.
  • Appointments
       1.  The Preserve AdHoc Committee.
