A. To adopt a Resolution Authorizing the Execution and Delivery of the Clean
Water Fund Project Loan Obligations for Phase I of the Decentralized
Wastewater Management District Program.
B. To adopt a Resolution to approve bond issuance.
C. Discuss and act to re-affirm an Authorizing Resolution between the Town of
Old Saybrook and the State of Connecticut Department of Emergency Services
and Public Protection.
D. Discuss and act to authorize First Selectman Fortuna to sign the FFY 2014
State Homeland Security Grant Program region 2 Memorandum of Agreement.
E. Discuss and act to authorize First Selectman Fortuna to sign Uniform Chart of
Accounts Grant Programs Application for State Award UCOA Conversion
Grant through the State Office of Policy and Management.
F. Discuss and act on the Board of Selectmen 2015 Meeting Schedule
G. Discuss and act on Town of Old Saybrook 2015 Holiday Schedule.
H. Appointments
1. Zoning Commission. Resignation vacancy. Elevate J. Colin
Heffernan from alternate to regular member. This is for the unexpired
portion of a four year term due to expire 11/2015.
2. Zoning Commission. Elevation vacancy. Appoint John T. Talbott as
an alternate member. This is for the unexpired portion of a two year term due to expire 11/2015.
