A. Discuss and act on the Town of Old Saybrook entering into agreement to participate in
   the Independent System Operator – New England 30 Minute Demand Response Program.
B.  Appointments
      1. Conservation.  Resignation appointment.  This appointment is for the unexpired
           portion of a 2-year term due to expire 11/2013.  
       2. Ethics Commission.  Vacancy appointment.  This appointment is for the unexpired
           portion of a 4-year term due to expire 9/2016.

JOINT MEETING WITH BOARD OF FINANCE
  • Parks and Recreation and Emergency Management presentation regarding Saybrook Point Miniature Golf Course.
      B  Discussion regarding Park & Recreation Miniature Golf Request for Proposal.
  • Recommendation from Board of Selectmen to the Board of Finance concerning appropriation of funds for reconstruction of Miniature Golf Course – action requested.
