B.   Discuss and act upon the 2013 Board of Selectmen Meeting Schedule.
C.  Discuss and act on authorizing resolution of the Board of Selectmen and First
      Selectman Carl Fortuna Jr. for FFY 2011 State Homeland Security Grant Program.
D.  Discuss and act on Memorandum of Agreement regarding use of Federal Fiscal Year
     2011 State Homeland Security Grant funding and custodial ownership of regional
      assets in DEMHS Region 2.
  • Discuss and act on removing property located at 15 Neptune Drive from seasonal classification recorded in Volume 200.

  • Appointments
  • Lower Connecticut River Valley Council of Governments (LCRVCOG) Reaffirm Old Saybrook representative Karen Marcolini and Cathryn Flanagan to the newly formed Council of Government.  These are 2 year terms due to expire 11/2013.
  • Economic Development Commission. Elevation alternate member Maura Z. Richards to regular member.  This appointment is for the unexpired portion of a 5-year term due to expire 06/2014.
  • Pension and Employee Benefits Board.  Member re-appointment Eileen Torrenti.  This is a 5-year term due to expire 01/2018.
  • Youth & Family Services.  Member re-appointment Dorothy Shearer, Jennifer Welsh and Peggy Viggiano.  These are 4-year terms due to expire 09/2016
  • Zoning Board of Appeals.  Alternate member vacancy.  This appointment is for the unexpired portion of a 2-year term due to expire 11/2013.
