B.  Create a capital account to authorize a Police Building Construction Project.
C.  Discuss and act on Call for Annual Town Meeting, November 26, 2012.
D.  Discuss and act on removing property located at 78 Hartford Avenue from seasonal
     classification recorded in Volume 200.
  • Discuss and act on removing property located at 25 Knollwood Drive from seasonal classification recorded in Volume 200.
  • Discuss and act on removing property located at 7 Wildwood Road from seasonal classification recorded in Volume 200.
  • Discuss and act on removing property located at 53 Beach Road West from seasonal classification recorded in Volume 200.
  • Discuss and act on removing property located at 51 Beach Road West from seasonal classification recorded in Volume 200.
  • Discuss and act on removing property located at 36 Beach Road East from seasonal classification recorded in Volume 200.
 J.  Appointments
        1.   Estuary Transit District.  Re-appointment Roland Laine; Board of Selectmen
           representative.  This is a 4-year term due to expire 11/2016.
  • Historic District Commission.  Re-appointment regular member Mary Kennedy
     and alternate member Richard Peters.  These are 5-year terms due to expire
    12/2017.
  • Water Pollution Control Authority (WPCA).  Re-appointment regular member
     Charles Wehrly and regular member John F. Claffey.  These are 3-year terms due
         to expire 12/2015.
