B.  Appointments
     1.  Police Commission.  Resignation vacancy.  This appointment is for the unexpired portion of a 4-year term due to expire 11/2013.
     2.  Public Health Nursing Board.    Elevation vacancy; alternate member.  This appointment is for the unexpired portion of a 3-year term due to expire 11/2014.
     3.  Regional Mental Health Board.  Resignation vacancy.  This appointment is for the unexpired portion of a 2-year term due to expire 6/2013.
     4.  Zoning Board of Appeals.  Resignation vacancy; regular member.  This appointment is for the unexpired portion of a 4-year term due to expire 11/2013.
