BUSINESS BEFORE THE BOARD
     A.  Discuss and act on the Registrar of Voters  plan of redistricting the Town of Old Saybrook.
B.      Discuss and act on Request for Proposal for professional and technical services in connection with the preparation and implementation of the Town’s proposed 2012 Small Cities Community Development Program.
C.  Discuss and act on Town of Old Saybrook Agreement for Participation in the Independent System Operator- New England (ISO-NE) 30 Minute Demand Response Program.
D.  Discuss and act to sunset and re-establish the Elderly Benefit Committee.
E.  Discuss and act on elderly tax benefit to recommend to the Elderly Benefit
     Committee.
F.  Appointments
    1.   Architectural Review Board (ARB).  Term Expiration regular member.  This appointment is for the unexpired portion of a 3-year term due to expire 09/2014.
        2.  Conservation Commission.  Vacancy (resignation) appointment regular member.
This appointment is for the unexpired portion of a 2-year term due to expire 11/2013.
        3.  Historic District Commission.  Vacancy appointment regular member.  This appointment is for the unexpired portion of a 5-year term due to expire 12/2017.
        4.   Public Health Nursing Board.   Vacancy (elevation) appointment alternate member.  This appointment is for the unexpired portion of a 3 year term due to expire 11/2014.
