A.      Discuss and act on proposed updates to the schedule of fees collected by various land use boards/commission.
B.  Discuss and act on proposed revisions to the Town Code, Chapter 118 Fees.
C.  Discuss and act on removing property located at 32 Gates Road from seasonal classification recorded in Volume 200.
D.  Discuss and act on releasing Maintenance Bond, as recommended by Town Engineer, Buck Hill Road.
E.  Call for Annual Town Meeting
F.  Report by Old Saybrook Police Services Facility/Study Building Committee.
G.  Discussion and action of the Board of Selectmen on the Police Building Committee Charge.

 J.  Appointments
      1.  Acton Public Library Board.  Term expirations.  Nancy Chupak, Nathan Wise and   Janet Hodge-Burke.  These are 6-year terms due to expire 11/2017.
      2.  CT River Gateway Commission.  Vacancy.  This is a 2-yeatr term due to expire 7/2012.
      3.  CT River Estuary Regional Planning Agency.  Re-appointment.  Karen Marcolini.  
            This is a 2-year term due to expire 11/2013.
  • Conservation Commission.  Re-appointments.  Kim Gallagher, Patrick Ingellis, Bruce Sherwin and Robert Siegelman.  These are 2-year terms due to expire 11/2013.
  • Inland Wetland Commission.  Re-appointment.  Regular member William Pollock, Paul Smith and Brendan McKeown.  Alternate member Charles Wehrly.  These are 2-year terms due to expire 11/2013.
  • Public Health Nursing Board.  Re-appointment.  Joeseph Termine and Robert Hallissey.  These are 3-year terms due to expire 11/2014.
  • Shellfish Commission.  Re-appointment.  James Mitchell and Paul Labriola.  These are 2-year terms due to expire 11/2013.
  • Water Pollution Authority.   Term Expirations.  Nelson Engborg and George Gwizd.  These are 3-yr terms due to expire 12/2014.
