B.      Discuss and act on contract with “The Lawrence Associates” for Structural Analysis of the Old Saybrook Police Station, 225 Main Street, Old Saybrook.
C.  Appointments
      1.  Acton Public Library. Vacancy.  This is a 6-year term due to expire 11/2013.
      2. Ethics Commission. Reappointment.  Kerry Knobelsdorff; this is a 4-year term due to expire 9/2015.
      3.  Historic District Commission.  Regular member Vacancy.  Elevation of Alternate member Mark Carruthers to regular member; this is a 5-year term due to expire 12/2014.  Alternate member vacancy; this is a 5-year term due to expire 12/2015.
     4.  Connecticut River Gateway Commission.  Vacancy.  This is a 2-year term due to expire 07/2012.
     5.  Public Health Nursing Board. Alternate Vacancy.  This is a 3-year term due to expire 04/2012.
