B.  Discuss and act on Public Works Director, Larry Bonin recommendation to contract with WeRecycle for electronic waste disposal.
C.  Report from Connecticut River Area Health District Director, Mary Jane Engle and Sharon Craft, Public Health Nursing Board on collaboration of new initiatives.
D.  Report from Youth & Family Services Director, Heather McNeil on community
     collaborative efforts.
E.  Discuss and approve in concept Cooperative Agreement between the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and Town of Old Saybrook for the control of Phragmites.
