        Merrill Lynch  Consultant Report on Overall Portfolio as well as news  re status of Alliance Bernstein ,which may constitute the necessity for a new manager search  
        Overall Discussion of any needed actions re our investments
Actuarial Report
        On Results of OPEB Study
        On progress of fire department Valuation   
Consideration of  possible  assistance for a systematic assessment of our current and future pension plans: their adequacy and potential design. As well as determining how to react to the benefit and pension changes contained in the new town contract with the Dispatcher Union employees.         
Other Benefit Issues:
        Health Insurance concerns:
        Need for clarification of changes forthcoming due to ACA and offering of Exchange Oct. 1, 2013 as well as consideration of informing employees of various aspects that we now know or will know.   Potential for Brown and Brown and/or ConnecticutCare to share some of this with us at our next regularly scheduled meeting in September.   
Other pension and health related questions that may arise and bring up the need for further research to either or both our pensions and benefits.  Among these are concerns relating to part time employees and their eligibility for Exchange coverage or inclusions in the town plan.  
Discussion of the definition of full time or part time School Resource Officers and how it applies to retired town employees in particular.  
 Update on ICMA and the 457 plan
