Applicant: Jay Rankin Agent: Robert L. Doane, Jr., P.E.
Mr. Doane led the group through the site, pointing out boundaries, site lines at the proposed Ingham Hill intersection, proposed open space, drainage and detention basin areas, wetland, lots, abutting homes and properties, and the proposed roadways, cul-de-sac and hammer- head turnaround.
IV. ADJOURNMENT
MOTION made by S. Aresco, seconded by J. Esty to adjourn the site walk of the “Neely” Resubdivision of Land at 12:06 p. m.; VOTING IN FAVOR: J. Gallicchio, R. McIntyre, J. Esty, S. Aresco; AGAINST: None; ABSTAINING: None; 4-0-0.
