ACTION: Consider presentation by Conservation Commission in the context of authority to regulate development and to plan for the future.
VI. WORKSHOP
A. “Shore Avenue” Coastal Access
ACTION: Inspect survey of existing conditions at Shore Avenue; review menu of typical improvements for any coastal access point; organize program for public input about possible enhancements; design a site improvement plan; send recommendation the Board of Selectmen and the Park & Recreation Commission for endorsement for permitting, construction and maintenance.
B. Natural Hazard Mitigation Plan
ACTION: Review the final draft Natural Hazard Mitigation Plan; send report to Board of Selectmen for adoption.
C. Scenic Roads section of the Plan of Conservation & Development
ACTION: Review the draft Scenic Road section of the Town’s Plan of Conservation & Development.
