The Town has drafted an updated Stormwater Management Plan (SMP) to comply with requirements of the State's modified General Permit for the Discharge of Stormwater from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4 Stormwater General Permit). The new SMP goes into effect on July 1, 2017. Residents are invited to review the draft SMP online or can review a printed version at the Land Use Department, 2nd floor, Town Hall. Comments concerning any element of the draft SMP are invited and can be submitted using the online comment form on the Stormwater Management page on the Town's website or can be sent directly to:
