CALL OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
Notice is hereby given that a Special Town Meeting of the electors and citizens
qualified to vote in Town Meetings of the Town of Old Saybrook will be held at the Old
Saybrook Town Hall, 302 Main Street, Old Saybrook, Connecticut, on May 26, 2015,
at 7:00 p.m. for the following purpose:
To act upon the recommendation of the Board of Finance and the Board of Selectmen
to authorize and appropriate the sum of $111,261.00 for the “Small Business Energy
Advantage Program (Eversource Energy) to be paid for as follows: $44,242 from a grant
from the Connecticut Energy Efficiency Fund (CEEF) and The Utility SB Energy
Advantage (EA) Program and the remainder to be self-funded by the Town of Old
Saybrook on its monthly energy invoice from estimated monthly energy savings (48
months at 0%) as referenced in said program.
