From the Office of the First Selectman:
Old Saybrook Town Hall offices will open at 8:30 AM Monday morning.
Parks & Recreation, Youth & Family Services and Acton Library services and programs will open at Noon.
Town Hall staff are asked to contact their Department Heads if the weather is going to impact their normal work hours.
