RiverCOG has hired HDR Engineering, Inc. to conduct the Tourism-Passenger-Freight Rail Economic and Structural Feasi-bility and Impacts Study along the VRR. The Project Team from HDR Engineering, Inc. will lead the discus-sion, introduce the project, and explain the purpose of the study. This will be the first of several meetings to update you on the progress of the study and to en-gage the public in the process.
