The Town of Old Saybrook has developed some new webpages to help residents interpret preliminary 2012 changes to FEMA's Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMS). Approximately 600 properties (10% of the Town) may be affected by the adoption of the new Flood Insurance Rate Map and Flood Insurance Study in 2012.
