I. CALL TO ORDER
Vice Chairman, C. Sohl, called the special meeting to order at 10:00 A.m.

Two members of the public were also present.
III. SITE WALK
A. 11-015 David & Stacy Reed
Application to maintain bridge
13 Fox Hollow Road (M55 / L15-14)
C. Sohl asked S. Prisloe to outline the ground rules for a site walk.
C. Sohl asked D. Reed to guide Commissioners to his property and the wetlands, bridge and paths that cross the wetlands and stream that are in question as part of the violation and application.
Commissioners then walked the area making observations on their own.
IV. ADJOURNMENT
MOTION to adjourn the meeting at 10:30 A.M. until the next regularly scheduled Meeting of the Inland Wetlands & Watercourses Commission scheduled for, Thursday, March 15, 2012, 7:30 P.M., in the 1st Floor Conference Room, Town Hall, 302 Main Street; MADE by J. Preston; SECONDED by W. Pollock; VOTED IN FAVOR: J. Preston, J. Esty, C. Wehrly, C. Sohl, W. Pollock, J. Holland; OPPOSED: none; ABSTAINED: none.; APPROVED: 6-0-0.
