S. Prisloe reported on the Vincent Avenue property. The inspection was done, and the conditions have been met. This matter has been closed out.
B. Representative & Subcommittee Reports
P. Smith read registration information about the CT Association of Conservation & Inland Wetlands Commissions, Inc. 34th annual meeting and environmental conference which will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2011 in Wallingford.
D. Approval of Minutes – September 15, 2011
MOTION to approve the minutes of September 15, 2011 as presented; MADE by R. McIntyre; SECONDED by C. Sohl; VOTED IN FAVOR: P. Smith, R. McIntyre, C. Sohl, C. Wehrly, W. Pollock; OPPOSED: none; ABSTAINED: none.; APPROVED: 5-0-0.
