                ACTION: Review and Act
This Commission granted a permit in January of 2008 to clear debris deposited on the property in violation of Wetland Regulations.  The original permit allowed the owner to begin removing the material from the property in May of 2008.  In September of 2009 this Commission received a letter from the owner requesting an extension of the permit since the work has not been completed.

MOTION to grant a 6 month extension for Permit #07-015 Classic Carriage Auto Wash located at 351 Boston Post Road.  MADE by Robert McIntyre, SECONDED by Brendan McKeown;   DISCUSSION:  Charles Wehrly would like to know why the work is not completed, when it is expected to be completed, and if any restrictions are in place for removal of the material at certain times of the year.  All information is necessary in order to determine the new permit extension date.  Given the questions raised by Mr. Wehrly the Commission agreed the matter should be continued until the IWEO could answer the questions.  IN FAVOR:  none; OPPOSED: William Pollock, Kimberly Gallagher, Charles Wehrly; Charles Sohl, Robert McIntyre, Brendan McKeown; ABSTAINED: none;  DENIED: 6-0-0.
