Permit extension for #05-024 due to expire on 4/20/08. No work has been conducted to date and no modifications have been made to the plans.

ACTION: Review and Act.
The applicant was not able to begin the work due to family issues and asked the Commission for an extension of time. The Commission members decided that since they were no changes made to the original plans an extension would be granted.

ACTION: Accept complete application; determine activity significance, request technical fees if
needed.
Joe Wren, engineer for the applicant, summarized the application for the house addition and 2-car garage. Mr. Wren stated that portions of the property had been flagged in 2005 and in 2008 by Rich Snarski, soil and wetland scientist. Mr. Wren stated that the plan is to add a 5th bedroom and a ½ bath to the existing 4 bedroom home but no change to the septic system will be needed because the addition will not increase the design flow of the house by more than 50%.
