Permit extension for 06-046 due to expire on 11/16/08.  No work has been conducted to date aside from minimal vegetation removal at entrance.  No Modifications have been made to the plans.

        Application to demolish existing home and construct a new home within existing homes’   footprint.  Existing septic system will, potentially, be removed and replaced with a code       conforming system approximately 20’ feet further away from the inland wetlands on site, if      required.

ACTION:  Review application for completeness; determine activity significance, request technical fees if needed.

Application to demolish existing residence to foundation.  Add 565 sf new foundation plus 47 sf  entry stoop and reconstruct deck and stairs.  Regrade slightly at entry on north side.

        ACTION:  Determination of potential new permit expiration date of 10/21/2009
         due to legal proceedings.
