1. Call to order
Chairman Ray Collins called the Workshop to order at 7:00 p.m.

3. Workshop
Review of the Old Lyme Amendment continued. The group had a number of questions as
to why Old Lyme established many of their policies. The clerk will contact the Chairman
of the Old Lyme Harbor Commission to see if he would be available to come to the next
workshop to explain their need for some of the policies.
Mr. Goduti left at 8:30 p.m.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:40 p.m.
