1. Call to Order
Chairman Ray Collins called the Special Meeting of the Old Saybrook Harbor
Management Commission to order at 1340. The meeting was held at DEP
headquarters, Elm St. Hartford.
2. Commission Members present:

DEP staff present:
David Blatt
Sue Bailey
Marcia Balint
3. Proposed Dock Standards
There was a discussion of the Old Saybrook Harbor Management Commission
proposed dock regulations which had been forwarded to the DEP previous to the
meeting. The DEP staff had questions and comments.
No actions were taken.
