1. Call to Order
Chairman Ray Collins called the Special Meeting of the Old Saybrook Harbor Management
Commission to order at 7:00 p.m.
2. Roll Call
Ray Collins, Chairman

Dick Goduti
James Mitchell, Deputy Harbor Master
3. Clothesline area project
Jim Mitchell presented three bids:
Associated Dock Builder, Inc. (withdrawn )
Connecticut River Dock and Dredge, Inc. $ 13,410
E.M. Evangelisti Company $ 22,850 and $ 26,200
MOTION - George Wall moved to accept the bid of Connecticut River Dock and Dredge, Dick Goduti seconded;
Discussion regarding location of pilings- to be determined by Jim Mitchell
Project will be completed by May 1, 2008
4-0-0 Motion approved unanimously
4. Adjournment
Motion - Dick Goduti moved to adjourn at 7:25 p.m.
