    Citizens with Business before Commission
A number of clothesline permit holders came to the meeting. The Chairman explained the DEP cease and desist order and the new policies of no boats on the beach and landside poles need to be 9-10 feet above the grass line. The new design, which will be installed after this boat season, will have a piling every 27 feet or so and then the cables will run through the pilings and the outhauls will connect to the cable. There will be stops to keep the outhauls in place on the cable.

A neighbor from Indian Town came down with concerns about speeding in the channel at the mouth of the Oyster River. She would like a no wake buoy. Another concern is moorings that have boats that float into the river channel. She had question about what happens to old moorings. There was a discussion about the history of placing buoys in the Indian Town area and that the Association had assumed the responsibility of placing them.
The Chairman felt that the Deputy Harbor Master/Harbor Master should pull out any mooring that does not have a permit. That would have owners of the moorings coming forward looking for them. They can then complete the mooring applications.
